We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Verda Crossing Apartments.

Pet Policy

No more than two pets per apartment (breed restrictions apply)
Additional security deposit of $500 for the first pet, and $300 for the second pet.
Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.

Breed Restrictions

*Banned breeds are not restricted to this list. Any mixture of a banned breed is forbidden. This list is subject to change at any time, without notice.
